Welcome to the Salisbury Area Property Owners Association Website.  Whether you are a large investment property owner/manager, own a single rental home, or own/manage a commercial property, we invite you to be a member of SAPOA.

It is SAPOA's objective to raise the rental industry standards by providing all of our members with the resources needed to conduct business ethically and responsibly.  Through maintaining a standard of ethical property management, we increase profitability of our individual businesses and better the community in the process.

SAPOA is a problem solving organization.  In terms of community relations, it is SAPOA's objective to be a willing partner in seeking cost effective solutions to community problems through active partnership with City departments, local agencies, and neighborhood associations.  In order for effective solutions to be identified with a minimum of negative unintended consequences, SAPOA believes it is vital for all perspectives to be heard and considered.  All parties benefit from mutual respect.  Through sharing of multiple perspectives, SAPOA seeks to build strong neighborhood relations via collaboration with City Police Departments, Sheriff Departments, Crime Solvers, etc.  to fight crime and constructively settle neighborhood issues immediately as they arise.
